This Easy earn service agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is entered into by and between HONG KONG KOYMOBITECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED. (hereinafter referred to as "KY") and the user of Easy earn (hereinafter referred to as "User") in relation to the use of the "Easy earn" website (hereinafter referred to as "Easy earn") and related matters. By clicking "I agree" or otherwise accepting this agreement, you agree with Easy earn and accept all of the following terms and conditions.
1. The User must (i) carefully read and accept this Agreement before copying, downloading, accessing or otherwise using Easy earn; and (ii) access Easy earn from the website or media designated by KY. KY shall not be obligated or liable for any risks and/or damages that may result from the User's breach of this Agreement.
2.1 KY is the copyright owner of Easy earn, all intellectual property rights of Easy earn and the information content related to Easy earn, including but not limited to textual representations and their combinations, icons, graphic decorations, pictures, charts, colors, interface design, layout frames, related data, add-on programs, printed materials, or electronic files are protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and regulations. All of these are protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and regulations. Users may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble Easy earn without the prior written permission of KY.
2.2 The User acknowledges that any text, images, graphic materials of the Web Services provided by KY are protected by copyright, trademark and/or other property ownership laws. Such information may not be (i) published or broadcast, directly or indirectly, in any media, (ii) rewritten or republished for publication or broadcast, or (iii) used for any other commercial purpose without KY's prior written approval. All or any part of the Information may only be stored in the User Terminal for private and non-commercial purposes. KY shall have no obligation or liability to any user or third party for any damages and/or losses caused by (i) delays, inaccuracies, errors, omissions, (ii) the Information or any part thereof during transmission or submission.
3.1 Easy earn is a free website that you can access, watch, share and use for non-commercial purposes without limitations.
3.2 In the process of accessing and using Easy earn, internet access fees may be incurred which are charged by the mobile operator, users are advised to consult their local mobile operator for the exact fees.
3.3 Easy earn has access to a third party cash out platform, there will be a delay of a few minutes when users withdraw their points, the platform will give relevant tips in the corresponding position, please pay attention to it. Please note that the third-party transfer involves the filling of relevant options and information, you can follow the guidelines to fill in, if you do not trust you can choose not to withdraw, we will not exchange your points.
3.4 Easy earn accepts cash withdrawal methods including but not limited to PayPal, etc. Users accepting this agreement are deemed to accept Easy earn's cash withdrawal methods and arrival time.
4.1 The User declares and undertakes (i) to use Easy earn legally and honestly; and (ii) not to infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of any third party.
4.2 The User undertakes not to maliciously delete, modify, or add to the functions or data saved within the Application, and not to intentionally avoid or undermine the technical measures taken by KY to protect Easy earn's copyright. If the User violates this clause and Easy earn is involved in any illegal behavior or violates the purpose of this agreement, KY has the right to immediately stop providing services to the User and reserves the right to pursue the User's responsibility through judicial means.
4.3 The User represents and warrants that it will not (i) imitate KY's products and services for commercial purposes; (ii) copy or imitate LY's design concepts, interfaces, features and graphics; or (iii) modify or create other derivatives of Easy earn without KY's prior written approval.
4.4 Users shall not use Easy earn services to create, upload, copy, send or share content that violates laws and regulations.
4.5 The User shall bear all liabilities for any damages caused to KY and/or others as a result of his/her breach of the provisions of this Agreement. If KY assumes such liability, the User shall indemnify KY for the relevant costs and damages incurred by KY as a result, including reasonable attorney's fees.
4.6 The User acknowledges that breach of any of the above representations and warranties or KY's rules and/or notices may result in immediate termination of his/her use of Easy earn without any refund or prior notice.
4.7 By using Easy earn, the User agrees to accept all information services provided to him/her by KY.
6.1 The User acknowledges that KY shall not be liable for the following circumstances, including but not limited to:
6.1.1 System problems due to hurricanes, earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, power outages, war, terrorist attacks, etc. ("Force Majeure Events").
6.1.2 Service problems caused by hacker attacks, technical adjustments or failures of telecommunication departments, website updates, banking problems, etc.
6.2 KY does not warrant that (i) Easy earn is free from technical defects, (ii) KY fixes all defects in Easy earn, (iii) Easy earn meets all the needs of the User.
6.3 The only solution to dissatisfaction with this Agreement or Easy earn is to stop using Easy earn.
6.4 The User agrees to be governed by this Agreement and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved by negotiation between the parties in good faith, failing which the parties agree to arbitrate in the local court in KY.
6.5 Any provision of this Agreement which, for whatever reason, is invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part or violates any applicable law, shall be deemed deleted. The other provisions of this Agreement shall remain valid and binding.
